Bianca Rusconi, of Rancho Cordova, waits for her father as he picks her sister from school on Coloma Rd. near the place were Lawrence Canfield, a 43-year-old Sacramento County sheriff's deputy, was hit as he traveled on his motorcycle and later died from injuries sustained in the traffic accident today in Rancho Cordova, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff Department. Canfield was pronounced dead at Mercy San Juan Medical Center, where he was taken after the accident, which occurred shortly before 2 p.m
